Corporate Name Change – 5/11/16

Century Tokyo Leasing Corporation (“CTL”) has decided at a meeting of its Board of Directors held today to change the corporate name as described below, with the condition that a partial revision of the company’s Article of Incorporation will be approved at the 47th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled on June 24th, 2016.

In today’s meeting of its Board of Directors, CTL also determined the formulation of a new corporate philosophy (management philosophy, corporate slogan and management policy).
