If TCUSA receives a request for personal data, a request for deletion of personal data, or an opt-out of data collection, TCUSA will comply with the request according to current and applicable regulations within 45 business days of when TCUSA’s Privacy Team receives the request. All submissions of data requests, deletion, or opt-outs will be verified by our Privacy Team. This team will contact the original submitter of the requests to verify their identity as the owner of the consumer data. In the event that our team is not able properly validate the identity of the requester the original request may be denied.
